My approach to psychotherapy has been shaped by my personal therapeutic journey, the knowledge acquired during my education in psychology and psychotherapy, as well as my own life experience through the roles of a woman, mother, daughter, wife, an individual.
I feel a close connection to themes revolving around family, children, and the enrichment of family life. I am deeply interested in how to navigate this multifaceted life space without losing one's own identity, while harmoniously balancing the dimensions of being a woman, an individual, and a professional. A woman's journy of self-realization, growth, and maturing is an area where I offer my clients a present, supportive, and dedicated companionship.
Another deeply meaningful area of my work is the relationship between a man and a woman. I firmly believe that it is possible to experience profound fulfillment in a partnership if the couple succeeds in building a relationship grounded in mutual understanding, emotional intimacy, and authentic contact. Therefore, I gladly work with relationship themes, guiding couples on their path toward a deeper mutual understanding and closeness.
I am particularly fascinated by the question of how to integrate two seemingly opposite yet equally significant processes: an individual's movement toward greater autonomy, personal growth, and self-realization, while simultaneously maintaining the capacity to engage in a conscious, close, and mutually enriching partnership. I believe that in a mature relationship, it is possible to experience a voluntary mutual interdependence that becomes a healing and transformative experience for both partners. The philosophy of gestalt therapy—often referred to as the "art of contact"— is exceptionally well-suited for couples therapy as well.
