Individual Gestalt Therapy

Individual therapy is a time and space dedicated entirely to you. It is a collaborative process of exploration where we look at your life not as a collection of problems to be fixed, but as a unique experience that is worth understanding more deeply.

What is Gestalt Therapy?

Gestalt therapy belongs to the humanistic branch of psychotherapy, as it centers on the individual as a unique, self-regulating, and growth-oriented being. It is grounded in the belief that everyone possesses the potential for development and change when placed in a safe, authentic, and accepting relational environment.

Unlike therapeutic approaches that focus more on symptom reduction, cognitive correction, or interpreting the past, gestalt therapy places special emphasis on how a person experiences themselves and others in the "here and now".

Throughout the therapeutic process, we explore not only thoughts but also emotions, bodily responses, relationship dynamics, and the way an individual connects with the surrounding world. The goal of gestalt therapy is not merely to help you "feel better," but to cultivate a deeper self-understanding, develop awareness, and build more authentic relationships with yourself and others.

Riga, Kr. Valdemāra iela: Tuesday, Wednesday.
Piņķi, Pumpura iela: Monday, Thursday.
Online sessions: By appointment.

FREQUENCY OF CONSULTATIONS 

Sessions typically take place once a week, ensuring a stable and continuous process. Consultations are available by prior appointment, either in person and/or online.

SESSION DURATION AND PAYMENT

Each session lasts 50 minutes; the fee is 50 EUR.

LANGUAGES

Consultations are provided in Latvian, Russian, and English.
