1. Introduction
SIA "VELGAS SENKĀNES PSIHOLOGA PRAKSE", Reg. No. 40203385706 (hereinafter the Controller), on the website www.velgasenkane.lv (hereinafter – the Website), processes personal data obtained from the data subject – the Website user (hereinafter the User). The Controller cares about the User's privacy and the protection of personal data, and respects the User's rights to the lawfulness of personal data processing in accordance with applicable legislation—Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter – the Regulation), and other applicable laws in the field of privacy and data processing. Taking the aforementioned into account, the Controller has developed this Privacy Policy to provide the User with the information required by the Regulation. This Privacy Policy applies to data processing regardless of the form and/or environment in which the User provides personal data.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
If the User provides their personal data to the Controller by phone, via the Website's contact forms, e-mail, or other forms of mail, we store and use this information to execute or enter into a relevant service agreement, including: client identification; preparation and conclusion of the agreement; provision of services (fulfillment of contractual obligations); customer service; examination and processing of objections; fostering customer loyalty; administration of payments and settlements; debt recovery and collection; substantiation of facts, website maintenance and operational improvement; business planning and analytics; planning and accounting. Furthermore, we will process this data to provide information to state authorities and operational entities in cases and to the extent specified by external regulatory enactments. 5. Categories of Personal Data Recipients
Data are disclosed to those employees of the Controller who require them for the performance of their direct duties in order to execute or enter into a relevant service agreement. In acquiring and using personal data, we partially utilize the services of external service providers who, in accordance with the agreement, strictly follow our instructions and whom we continuously monitor prior to and throughout the use of their services.

There are no plans to transfer the received data outside Latvia, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, nor will they be transferred to any international organization. At the same time, given that the Website is integrated with Google and Facebook services, the Controller cannot guarantee that these companies will not transfer data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

8. Duration of Data Retention
We process and store the User's personal data for as long as either party has a legal obligation to retain the data. After these circumstances cease to exist, and unless otherwise stated in the data protection instructions, we delete the personal data no later than three months after the original reason for storing the data is no longer applicable, except in cases where we are under a legal obligation to further retain this data (including, but not limited to, for accounting or litigation purposes).

Upon receiving the User's request for the exercise of their rights, the Controller shall verify the User's identity, evaluate the request, and execute it in accordance with regulatory enactments. The User has the right to receive the information specified in regulatory enactments in connection with the processing of their data, the right to request access to their personal data, as well as to request the Controller to supplement, rectify, or erase them, restrict processing, or the right to object to processing, insofar as these rights do not conflict with the purpose of the data processing (conclusion or performance of contracts). The data subject shall not have the right to receive information if the disclosure of such information is prohibited by law in the field of national security, state defense, public safety, criminal law, as well as for the purpose of ensuring the state's financial interests in tax matters or the supervision of financial market participants and macroeconomic analysis.
